Therapy is a dynamic process.

I view this process as a collaborative exploration and organic unfolding, which means a safe and secure relationship is the most important part of any therapy. I believe each of us has our own internal landscape with paths and features that are well-worn and familiar, while others may be overgrown, forgotten, or undiscovered.

Our work together is to map out these landscapes, integrating all the parts of yourself that might be scary, shameful, or simply confusing. Life can hit you like an earthquake, all at once shattering what you know; at other times, it can be a slow rain that gradually shifts the contours of your world. Sometimes we can all use a little help navigating these changes.
